The world's response
What states and institutions have done — by stage, by source, with dates. Money, people, reconstruction, energy and justice in one place, and the part played by the United Nations system and the other international organisations that deliver aid, finance recovery, keep the record and judge. Each figure says whether it was pledged, committed, disbursed, received or delivered, and figures at different stages are never added together. Data as of 21 Oct 2026.
- Save and deliverThe UN humanitarian system: it coordinates the appeal, moves food, water and shelter to front-line communities and supports refugees in the region.
- FinanceInternational financial institutions: budget support, reconstruction loans and guarantees — much of it raised on behalf of donors and passed through their trust funds.
- Record and verifyThe bodies whose findings this site is built on. Their access — or the lack of it — is part of the record.
- Hold to accountCourts and compensation mechanisms. Measured in states, warrants, claims and files — not in money.
- Kiel Institute estimatesIndependent estimates of the Ukraine Support Tracker, labelled as such . The full table by donor (allocations since 24 Jan 2022, military / financial / humanitarian, % of 2021 GDP) appears here when the site's feed reads the Kiel workbook. Kiel values in-kind military aid at market or replacement prices — an estimate, not the donor's own figure.
