A drone hit a 16-storey apartment block in Pecherskyi district at about 08:00, killing a 14-year-old boy; in the afternoon another hit an office building in Solomianskyi district, killing four people in its car park. The High Council of Justice building and a food warehouse were also hit. Mayor's final figures of 25 Sep (21:20) replace interim counts of 46 and 57 injured; early reports of "2 children" referred to the injured, not the dead. OHCHR verification pending.

Russia said. The MoD claimed strikes on "defence industry sites, logistics centres and vessels" (Reuters). Kyiv's dead, the apartment block and the court building went unmentioned; Russia denies targeting civilians.
