Koziatyn community, Vinnytsia region, 1 Nov 2026

On Sunday 1 November, around midday, a Russian drone hit the grounds of a vocational school dormitory in the Koziatyn community, Vinnytsia region, between the dormitory and one of the educational institutions; two cars caught fire. A girl aged 13 was killed on the spot — first reported as a man — and a woman died in intensive care. Two girls aged 5 and a boy aged 16 are in hospital with moderate injuries, and a man aged 24 was lightly injured.

Russia said. Nothing on the Koziatyn strike as of 1 November. Its standing line at the UN is that it strikes "only military facilities and infrastructure".
