The UN presented its figures: more than 16,000 Ukrainian civilians still deprived of liberty; more than 95% of 910 released POWs and 85% of 403 civilian detainees interviewed reported torture or ill-treatment; 129 POWs executed at capture and 48 deaths in custody. A released Crimean Tatar detainee and a released POW testified.
