One hit the sixth-floor operating theatre of the Strazhesko Institute of Cardiology, wounding a patient — the second strike on the institute after 28 September 2025; debris damaged a second medical facility in Holosiivskyi district, injuring two. Near the Kyiv–Odesa highway in Chabany a drone killed three people, among them the driver of the military memorial cemetery shuttle bus; at a petrol station on the city boundary one person was killed. Overnight a drone hit a 24-storey apartment block in Sviatoshynskyi district, killing a man of 28 and a woman of 30. Preliminary figures; OHCHR verification pending.
